    Such a great spot!

    We took a family hike near Ojai and have been talking about this place. The staff was friendly upon arrival and super helpful.

    I ordered a burger with blue cheese (can't remember what it was called) and it was awesome! I normally don't have a bun but today was an exception. I really enjoyed it!

    French fries were a win. We also got the tater tots!

    Make sure to grab a milkshake for the road

    It's better here than ever, please update your hours as shown since you open at 7:00. Eat then hike!

    Along with the tradition of books, reading and coffee In the morning in the snuggly little room are  the new menu boards, updated seating, all the Ojai-esque plants and decor, and still low prices. You can get a $6.00 burger here. We opted for the Watkins beef, local meat producers for $2.00!extra per burger. The blue cheese burger was sublime and I added the micro green sprouts also from Ojai producers. Sweetie had a bacon cheese burger and onion rings, a soda and coffee only cost about $20.00.

    Color me impressed. After spending three days camping we wanted a meal that didn't take two hours to cook and be on our way. Our party each had something different and we were all extremely pleased. The lady was by herself and clearly busy so she was a little unpleasant but the food made up for it! Next time I'm going through the area I will definitely stop to try some more!

    This is a great place,  good quality food and reasonable prices.  The 150 is a beautiful,  scenic drive from Santa Paula to Ojai, and I highly recommend you time it to stop here for lunch.  The burger was delicious,  fully loaded and only $6! We had enough fries to split between 2, but next time I am going for the tater tots.  I had an oreo shake,  made with real ice cream and an extra large straw to get all the cookie bits. I will definitely be returning!

    We stopped here on a road trip around Ventura County and loved everything about Summit Drive-In! The walk up window, the picnic tables, the potted succulents...they all add to the great atmosphere. While we waited for our order, we chatted with a local customer who visits often. It was so sweet to watch the staff help the man out to his car. Seems like a great business with wonderful, friendly employees! Oh, and our burgers were delicious!
